Go from order to doorstep in under 60 minutes

The storefront, the express delivery windows, the picker app and the driver app run on the same order — not four separate tools that need reconciling at the end of the night.

Sound familiar?

  • "Our 60-minute promise breaks the moment a picker forgets to mark an item out of stock — the driver finds out at the door."

  • "We run a spreadsheet for delivery slots, a separate app for the picking floor, and a WhatsApp group for the drivers. Nothing agrees at 9pm."

  • "Cash-on-delivery reconciliation takes the shop manager an hour every single night, chasing which driver still owes what."

How it works

From order to doorstep

  1. 1

    Customer picks a slot

Express or a scheduled slot, gated by cut-off times and live capacity per weekday.

  2. 2

    Picker scans and packs

Barcode scan-to-pick, mark items short or out of stock, print the packing label.

  3. 3

    Customer approves a swap

Out-of-stock items get a recommended substitute the customer accepts from their phone.

  4. 4

    Driver delivers and settles

Live GPS routing, COD or card on delivery, end-of-shift cash reconciliation against the ledger.

Sample shops you can click through

Real shops with sample products — browse collections, search, cart and checkout. Nothing can be ordered.

Express windows

A "60-minute" promise you can actually operate

Express delivery is a real setting, not a label — its own title, its own delivery charge, a cut-off guard before you open and before you close, and a free-express threshold you set per order value. Turn it off per branch the moment the picking floor is overloaded.

  • Configurable window title and own delivery charge
  • Cut-off guards before opening and before closing
  • Per-order toggle and a free-express spend threshold

Picking floor

One app for the picker, from queue to packing label

Pickers work an order queue, scan barcodes to pick items, mark items picked, short or out of stock, offer a substitute the customer approves from their phone, then assign a delivery guy or reschedule the slot — all without leaving the app.

  • Barcode scan-to-pick-all for a full basket
  • Substitution loop with customer approval on their phone
  • Assign a driver or reschedule the slot from the same screen

Last mile

Driver routing that ends in a cash number that matches

The delivery-agent app gives drivers their run, live GPS and distance, the ability to switch an order to COD or card-on-delivery at the door, and an end-of-shift cash reconciliation against the shop ledger — so the manager is not chasing numbers at close.

  • Live GPS routing and distance per run
  • Switch to COD or card-on-delivery at the door
  • End-of-shift cash reconciliation against the ledger
  • Pickup stores per location for customers who would rather collect
“The picker, the driver and the storefront finally agree with each other. We stopped reconciling three tools by hand every night.”

vs stitching this together from three tools

A storefront, a third-party dispatch app and a separate cash app can run a dark store — at the cost of three subscriptions, three logins and a status that disagrees between them.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can we run express and scheduled delivery at the same time?
Yes. Express is a per-order toggle on top of the normal slot system, with its own charge and cut-off times, so a customer can choose either at checkout.
What happens when a picker finds an item out of stock?
They mark it short or out of stock in the picker app, then offer a recommended, related or any-product substitute, which the customer approves or rejects from their phone before packing continues.
How does cash-on-delivery get reconciled?
The delivery app logs every collection and lets a manager collect-from-agent at end of shift; the shop ledger and wallet settlement close the loop without a spreadsheet.
Do drivers need their own separate app subscription?
No. The delivery app is part of the platform from the Growth plan upwards, on iOS and Android, with no per-driver charge however many drivers you run.
Can we change delivery slot capacity by weekday?
Yes — slot groups can be set per weekday or per specific date, with a default group and a lead time before which an order must be placed.
Can a customer or picker modify an order after it is placed?
Yes, within a configurable window and with permission gates on price changes and adding products — every modification goes through a preview-then-confirm step, with an optional customer approval push.
