Frequently asked questions

Will the alert really ring if my phone is on silent?
Yes. The alert is built to bypass silent mode and Do Not Disturb and to wake the lockscreen even with the screen off — the same behaviour as an incoming phone call, not a standard push notification.
What happens if nobody answers the ring?
It keeps ringing until a person on staff acknowledges it. This is deliberate — a quick-commerce order has a delivery slot or an express window behind it, and a missed order is a missed promise.
Is iOS supported?
The shop admin app ships on Android today. iOS is available on request — talk to us during onboarding if your counter staff use iPhones.
Do I need to buy a specific printer?
No. If you run a Sunmi or iMin device the built-in printer works out of the box. Otherwise, pair any Bluetooth or USB ESC-POS thermal printer — the common type used at most counters already.
