1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Quick Commerce Technologies LLC ("Quick Commerce", "we") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit quickcommerce.cloud, sign up as a merchant, or use the customer, shop admin, picker or delivery apps. It is written with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "UAE PDPL") in mind.
For data belonging to shoppers who buy from a Merchant's store, the Merchant is generally the data controller and Quick Commerce acts as a processor — see our Data Processing Agreement.
2. Data we collect
- Account and business data: your name, email, phone, business name, trade licence details and billing information.
- Store and order data: catalogue, prices, orders, delivery addresses and payment status connected to your storefront.
- App and device data: device identifiers, push notification tokens, and approximate or precise location for the picker and delivery apps where you grant permission.
- Website usage data: pages viewed, referrer and device type, collected only after you accept analytics cookies through our consent banner.
3. How we use data
- To provide, operate and secure the platform and the four apps.
- To process billing and communicate about your account.
- To respond to support requests, demo bookings and lead enquiries submitted through this website.
- To send service notices (always) and product or marketing updates (only where you have not opted out).
- To measure and improve the website, only after consent to analytics cookies.
5. International transfers
Our infrastructure is primarily hosted within the region; some service providers (for example, email or analytics vendors) may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we use providers that offer appropriate contractual safeguards.
6. Retention
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to meet accounting, tax and legal obligations. Website analytics data is retained on a rolling basis of no more than 26 months.
7. Security
We apply role-based access control, encryption in transit, and per-store data isolation. No online system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected merchants without undue delay if a breach materially affects their data, in line with our obligations under the UAE PDPL.
8. Your rights
Subject to UAE PDPL, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise these rights, contact hello@quickcommerce.cloud.
10. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
12. Contact
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact hello@quickcommerce.cloud or write to Quick Commerce Technologies LLC, Office 2312, The OneTower, Barsha Heights, Dubai, UAE.
