1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you and your staff may not do with the Quick Commerce platform, storefront, Studio editor, or the customer, shop admin, picker and delivery apps. It applies in addition to the Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited products and content
You must not list, advertise or sell:
- Goods illegal under UAE federal or emirate-level law.
- Counterfeit, replica or trademark-infringing goods.
- Alcohol, tobacco or restricted pharmaceuticals without the specific licences UAE law requires for that category.
- Weapons, ammunition or hazardous or prohibited chemicals.
- Adult content or services.
- Content that is defamatory, hateful, or that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Creating fake orders, fake reviews, or otherwise manipulating the platform to misrepresent your store.
- Abusing the shop admin app's call-style order alerts, the picker app, or the delivery app to harass staff or drivers.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to access another merchant's store data.
- Security testing (including automated scanning) against the platform without our prior written permission.
- Uploading malware or attempting to disrupt the platform's availability for other merchants.
4. Payment and gateway compliance
You must not use any connected payment gateway for transactions the gateway's own rules prohibit, for card testing, or for laundering funds through fictitious orders. A gateway partner may suspend your account directly under their own risk rules; Quick Commerce is not responsible for a gateway's decision but will help you understand it.
5. Customer communications
WhatsApp, SMS and email tools built into the platform must only be used to message shoppers who have opted in (for example, by placing an order or subscribing). Do not use these tools to send unsolicited marketing to numbers or addresses you have not been given consent to contact.
6. Enforcement
A breach of this policy may result in content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or termination, depending on severity, with notice where practical. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the relevant UAE authority.
7. Reporting a violation
If you believe a store on the platform breaches this policy, email hello@quickcommerce.cloud with the store name and details. We review reports and act on well-founded ones.
