1. Scope
This policy covers two different things: (a) refunds and cancellation of your Quick Commerce subscription, and (b) how your own shoppers can request a refund for an order placed on your storefront. Quick Commerce does not set your shopper-facing refund policy for you — you configure it — but this page explains the platform-level rules and gives you a starting template.
2. Subscription refunds
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the period already paid, except where required by law or where we have failed to provide the service in a material way. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate refunds for unused days.
3. Onboarding and setup fees
One-off onboarding, theme setup or app-build fees, where charged, are non-refundable once the corresponding work has started, and fully refundable if we have not yet begun that work.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing hello@quickcommerce.cloud. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
5. Your shoppers' refunds
Returns and refunds to your customers are optional and configured by you in your store settings — the platform supports a returns policy where you choose to enable one; it does not impose a universal returns window. Whatever policy you publish on your storefront is what shoppers should rely on. A reasonable starting template: accept a return/refund request within 24–48 hours of delivery for wrong, damaged or missing items; process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–14 business days depending on the gateway's settlement time.
6. Chargebacks
Chargebacks initiated by a shopper's bank are handled directly between you, your customer and your payment gateway under that gateway's dispute process. Quick Commerce provides order evidence (timestamps, delivery status) to support your case but is not a party to the dispute.
7. How to request a subscription refund
Email hello@quickcommerce.cloud with your store name and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within one business day and, where a refund is due, to process it within 10 business days.
