all major gateways, one checkout page

One page for address, delivery slot, payment and confirmation. Cash on delivery, card on delivery, 21 hosted payment gateways built for the GCC, and instalments through Tabby and Tamara.

Checkout flow

Checkout flow

Guest checkout, one page, no dead ends

A shopper fills in address, picks a delivery slot, chooses a payment method and confirms, without leaving a single page. Guests can check out with an optional OTP step instead of a full account.

  • Address, delivery slot, payment and confirmation on one page
  • Guest checkout with an optional OTP step
  • Coupon field applied at checkout, before payment
  • Order confirmation shows VAT/TRN and the delivery slot chosen

Built for how the Gulf actually pays

From Stripe to region-specific gateways like Telr, PayFort, N-Genius, MyFatoorah, Tap and Amwal Pay, plus India-focused gateways for cross-border merchants. A hosted payment page handles the card details, never the storefront.

  • Stripe, Telr, Checkout.com, PayFort, N-Genius, MyFatoorah, Tap, Amwal Pay
  • EPG-Comtrust, CCAvenue, ADCB, AFS, PayLink, 2C2P, DPO
  • Razorpay, eWay, Instamojo, UPI QR — for cross-border and India-linked stores
  • Physical payment terminals and wallet payment, alongside the online set

Tabby and Tamara, with the instalment shown upfront

Shoppers see the instalment breakdown in the storefront before they commit, not after redirecting away. Both providers plug into the same checkout page as any other payment method.

  • Tabby — split into 4 instalments, shown at checkout
  • Tamara — split into 3, or pay in 30 days
  • Instalment preview shown before the shopper commits
  • Settles like any other gateway — no separate reconciliation flow

At the door

At the door

Cash on delivery is still a first-class option

Cash on delivery and card on delivery sit next to the online gateways, not bolted on. A driver can also switch an order to card-on-delivery from the delivery app and take payment on a physical terminal.

  • Cash on delivery, selectable per shop or per order value
  • Card on delivery via a physical payment terminal
  • A driver can switch payment method at the door
  • Cash collected reconciles against the shop ledger — see delivery & logistics
  • Order limits and an OTP code on cash on delivery, on every plan
  • Blocklist and customer risk score, from Growth

Compliance

Compliance

VAT, invoices, coupons and gift cards at checkout

Tax can be shown inclusive or exclusive of price, the tax name is configurable per market, and a TRN prints on the invoice. Coupon codes are validated and applied before payment, not after.

  • Tax inclusive or exclusive, configurable per shop
  • TRN / tax ID printed on the invoice
  • Configurable tax name — VAT, GST or a local equivalent
  • Coupons validated and applied at the checkout page
  • Gift cards redeemed at checkout, with the balance kept for next time
  • ZATCA e-invoicing (Phase 1 QR; Phase 2 integration), plus a tax invoice at checkout for business buyers in Saudi Arabia

FAQ

Questions about Checkout & payments

How many payment gateways are supported?
Every major gateway, spanning global processors like Stripe and Checkout.com and GCC-specific ones like Telr, PayFort, N-Genius, MyFatoorah, Tap and Amwal Pay.
Do you support Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Not as a dedicated wallet button today. Cards are accepted through the hosted pages of the gateways listed above.
Do you support Tabby and Tamara?
Yes, both are live with an instalment preview shown in the storefront before checkout.
Can a customer check out without creating an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is available with an optional OTP verification step instead of a full registration.
How do I cut down on fake cash-on-delivery orders?
You can reduce them. Every plan can cap COD by order value and ask for an OTP code before a COD order is placed; from Growth, you can also blocklist a customer and see a customer risk score.
Do you support ZATCA e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia?
ZATCA e-invoicing (Phase 1 QR; Phase 2 integration) is available on the online store. A business buyer can also request a tax invoice at checkout with their VAT details.
Are card details ever handled by the storefront?
No. Card entry happens on the gateway’s own hosted payment page — the storefront redirects and confirms, it does not collect card numbers itself.
