Delivery & fulfilment
Packing slips and labels for fulfilled orders
A packing slip prints once an order is picked and packed — item list, quantities, order number and delivery details — so it travels with the parcel from the picking floor to the driver’s hand, and a picker or manager can trigger it manually if needed.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
When does a packing slip print?
It generates once the order reaches packed status after picking, and a picker or manager can also trigger a manual reprint at any time.
What is the difference between a packing slip and a KOT?
A KOT is a kitchen ticket that tells kitchen staff what to prepare; a packing slip is generated after picking, to confirm what is actually in the parcel before it leaves.
Does a packing slip print on the same printers as receipts?
Yes, it uses the same printer setup — Sunmi or iMin built-in printers, or any paired Bluetooth or USB ESC-POS thermal printer.
