Modifying an order after it has been placed
A shop, picker or delivery driver can modify an order after placement — swap an item, change a quantity, add a product — inside an approval window, with a preview step before the change is confirmed, and price or product-add rights gated separately.

Configuration
What you can configure
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Approval window | A configurable number of hours after placement in which an order can still be modified. |
| Preview → confirm | Every change shows a preview of the new total before it is saved. |
| Price-change permission | Gated separately from other edit rights, so not every role can change a price. |
| Add-product permission | Gated separately, controlling whether a role can add a new line to the order. |
