Monthly cost

What the same plan costs on Salla

Each Quick Commerce plan against the Salla plan and apps a grocer would add to cover slots, COD checks and dispatch. These are estimates: most of the grocery apps have no published price.

  • Starter

    Quick Commerce
    SAR 129
    Salla + apps (est.)
    ≈ SAR 210–310

Plus SAR 99 · reviews app 30–60 (est.) · delivery-slot app 50–100 (est.) · COD OTP app 30–50 (est.). The POS (Salla Point) is free and ZATCA support is native, so neither is counted.

  • Growth

    Quick Commerce
    SAR 299
    Salla + apps (est.)
    ≈ SAR 700–1,150

Pro SAR 299 · WhatsApp cart app 40–119 · loyalty (built in, or an app at 49–69) · referral app about 50 (est.) · server-side conversions app about 50 (est.) · slot, review and COD apps 110–210 (est.) · driver dispatch service 150–400 (est.)

  • Scale

    Quick Commerce
    SAR 699
    Salla + apps (est.)
    ≈ SAR 800–1,450

The Growth stack plus a WhatsApp ordering bot 100–300 (est.). Above 5 branches Salla moves you to Special, whose price isn’t published.

Estimate as of Sep 2026, from list prices, monthly billing, excluding VAT.

  • Salla plan prices come from agreeing secondary sources, because Salla’s own pricing pages didn’t load for our research.
  • Lines marked (est.) are estimates: we couldn’t price slot, COD or dispatch apps in Salla’s app store.
  • Payment processing isn’t included on either side: Salla earns through Salla Payments, and on Quick Commerce you pay your own gateway.

Payments: your choice of gateway, not a promise of lower fees

Salla takes no platform commission on sales. It earns through Salla Payments: about 2.7% + SAR 1 per payment on Plus and 2.5% + SAR 1 on Pro, according to secondary sources we couldn’t confirm on salla.com.

On Quick Commerce you connect your own gateway contract, such as PayFort, MyFatoorah or Tap, and there is no platform transaction fee. You still pay your gateway, so any saving depends on the rates you negotiate, and at list rates it can be small.

What you do gain is control: your own acquirer, your own settlement terms and your own instalment contracts with Tabby and Tamara.

Where they win

Where Salla genuinely wins

A free POS and native ZATCA support

Salla Point is free for Salla merchants, with per-branch shifts, offline sales and stock synced with the online store, and Salla’s ZATCA support is reported native. Our POS is a paid add-on, priced per register. If you want a free till, Salla is ahead.

No product cap, and a free plan

Every Salla plan has unlimited products and orders, there is a free Basic plan, and Plus at SAR 99 a month costs less than our Starter. On sticker price alone, Salla starts lower.

Scale, shipping partners and payments with no paperwork

Salla works with more than 200 shipping partners, says its Special plan handles up to 15 million transactions in a day with settlement every 24 hours, and switches on local payment methods without gateway paperwork.

Where we win

Where Quick Commerce wins

Grocery delivery, built in

Delivery slots with capacity limits and express delivery come with every plan. On Salla, slot booking is extension work beyond the default setup, according to an independent comparison.

Picker and driver apps from Growth

Growth includes a picker app with barcode picking and customer-approved substitutions, and a driver app with live GPS and end-of-shift cash reconciliation. We found neither built into Salla; a separate dispatch service adds an estimated SAR 150–400 a month.

COD checks and gateway freedom

COD OTP and order limits come with every plan, with a blocklist and customer risk score from Growth. And you connect the gateway you choose, with no platform transaction fee on top.

Moving from Salla

Export your products and customers from Salla and bring them in through our bulk import, running both stores side by side until the new one is checked. Our onboarding and migration service moves your catalogue, customers and order history for you. It is a one-time add-on on Starter and Growth and included on Scale.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Salla is cheaper to start and its POS is free. Why pay more?
If a free POS or the lowest entry price is what you need, Salla is the better fit, and we’d say so. Salla Plus costs SAR 99 against our SAR 129, and our POS is a paid add-on. Where we earn the difference is grocery operations: capacity slots, express delivery and COD OTP on every plan, and picker and driver apps from Growth. Rebuilt on Salla with apps, we estimate the Growth equivalent at SAR 700–1,150 a month (Sep 2026, list prices, monthly billing, excluding VAT; app lines estimated).
Salla has 200+ shipping partners. What do you have?
Fewer, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Courier shipping, returns and exchanges come with every plan, with Aramex, DHL Express and FedEx connected and SMSA tracked by hand. Our strength is your own fleet: delivery zones, slots and express on every plan, and a driver app from Growth with live GPS and cash reconciliation. If most of your orders ship nationwide by courier, Salla’s network is the stronger fit.
Where does your ZATCA e-invoicing stand?
Phase 1 QR invoices are live on every plan. Our Phase 2 integration is built and is in validation with ZATCA, and we won't describe it as more than that until the validation is done. Salla’s ZATCA support is reported native, which is a point in its favour.
Are your payment fees lower than Salla Payments?
Not necessarily, and we don’t claim they are. We charge no platform transaction fee, but you pay your own gateway, so your cost depends on the rates you negotiate. What we offer is choice: the gateway, settlement terms and instalment contracts are yours.
Is your Arabic as strong as Salla’s?
Salla is Arabic-native, and we don’t claim an edge there. Our storefront also runs Arabic and English, right to left, on every plan, on the same catalogue.
Why is Starter limited to 2,000 products?
Every plan has limits: 2,000 products on Starter, 10,000 on Growth and 50,000 on Scale, with Enterprise set by contract. Locations follow the same ladder (1, 1 and 3), and extra locations can be added on Scale, up to 53 in total. Salla has no product cap on any plan, which is a fair point in its favour. When your catalogue outgrows a plan, moving to the next plan is the path.
