What each platform takes from your sales

Dukaan’s published 2023 fee table charges 4.99% / 3.99% / 1.99% / 0.99% by plan, capped at ₹200 an order, with gateway charges on top; check current terms. We couldn’t confirm the table still applies. If it did, 3.99% of ₹3 lakh a month in sales would be about ₹12,000 a month.

StoreHippo adds 1% on Business and 0.5% on Enterprise to its monthly subscription, according to its pricing page.

Quick Commerce charges no platform transaction fee on any plan. You pay only your own gateway, such as Razorpay, UPI or CCAvenue.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does Dukaan still charge a percentage on each order?
We couldn’t confirm it. Dukaan’s published 2023 fee table charges 4.99% / 3.99% / 1.99% / 0.99% by plan, capped at ₹200 an order; check its current terms before you compare. Quick Commerce charges no platform transaction fee on any plan.
When is a percentage fee cheaper than a flat price?
When sales are small. At 1%, StoreHippo’s fee alone passes our Starter price (₹1,999) once sales go above about ₹2 lakh a month, before its ₹15,000 subscription. For a shop selling very little, a free plan with a percentage fee can cost less than any flat plan.
Do you handle GST invoices for more than one GSTIN?
Yes. GST invoices are issued per location, each with its own GSTIN, on every plan.
Why is Starter limited to 2,000 products?
Every plan has limits: 2,000 products on Starter, 10,000 on Growth and 50,000 on Scale, with Enterprise set by contract. Locations follow the same ladder (1, 1 and 3), and extra locations can be added on Scale, up to 53 in total. Some platforms set limits differently, so compare the plan you would actually need. When your catalogue outgrows a plan, moving to the next plan is the path.
Do you offer B2B or multi-seller selling like StoreHippo?
Marketplace mode, with several sellers on one store, is on Enterprise only. If B2B or multi-seller selling is your main need at a smaller size, StoreHippo Enterprise may fit better.

Keep your margin on every order

No platform transaction fee, GST per GSTIN, slots and COD OTP on every plan.
