Sendinblue
A transactional and marketing e-mail platform, offered as an alternative to SendGrid.
What it does here
Sendinblue inside Quick Commerce
Runs the same per-event e-mail templates — order confirmations, invoices, campaigns — through a different provider if that suits your billing or deliverability needs better.
Data flow
What data moves, and where
- 1An event triggers its e-mail template as with any other provider.
- 2The e-mail is sent through Sendinblue instead of SendGrid.
- 3Delivery and engagement data returns to the same notification log.
How to connect
Connecting Sendinblue
- 1
Get Sendinblue credentials
Open a merchant account with Sendinblue and generate its API or merchant keys.
- 2
Add it in the back office
Settings → Payments → enable Sendinblue and paste the keys in test mode first.
- 3
Test a transaction
Place a sandbox order and confirm the callback marks it paid and notifies the shop.
- 4
Go live
Switch to live keys — Sendinblue appears at checkout immediately, no redeploy needed.
