SendGrid
A transactional e-mail delivery service.
What it does here
SendGrid inside Quick Commerce
Sends order confirmations, invoices, password resets and marketing e-mails from editable, per-event templates.
Data flow
What data moves, and where
- 1An event triggers its e-mail template, rendered with order or account details.
- 2The rendered e-mail is handed to SendGrid for delivery to the customer address.
- 3Bounce and open events can feed back into your marketing reporting.
