Twilio
A global SMS and messaging infrastructure provider.
What it does here
Twilio inside Quick Commerce
Sends OTPs, order-status texts and delivery updates, with per-event templates and translations. Set it as primary or as the automatic failover if your main SMS gateway is down.
Data flow
What data moves, and where
- 1An event (OTP, order placed, out for delivery…) triggers the matching SMS template.
- 2The rendered message and the customer number are sent to Twilio for delivery.
- 3A delivery receipt comes back; if it fails, the secondary gateway is tried automatically.
