Draft orders, quotes and pay links
Draft orders let your team build an order for a customer, send it as a quotation with a PDF, and get paid through a secure pay link on your own store. The customer opens the link on WhatsApp or email, checks the order and pays by card, buy now pay later, cash on delivery or gift card, and the draft becomes a real order. You can also ask for a deposit first and send a balance link later. Draft orders come with Growth and above.

How it works

Build the draft
In the panel or the shop app: the customer, catalogue or custom items, delivery or pickup, and a discount with a reason. Prices are frozen as quoted.

Send the link
Copy it, share it on WhatsApp, or email it with a quotation PDF in English or Arabic.

Customer pays
On a pay page with your branding: hosted card pages, buy now pay later, UPI or GCash, cash on delivery and gift cards, plus the wallet for a signed-in customer.

It becomes an order
Payment places a normal order that your team picks and delivers as usual.

What you can configure
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Pay link | One secure link per request, shared by copy, WhatsApp or email. Expires after 7 days by default; you can change that. |
| Quotation PDF | A quotation or proforma in English or Arabic, attached to the email. It is not a tax invoice. |
| Deposits and balances | Take part now and send a balance link later, also when an edit raised an order’s total. Not for shops on ZATCA e-invoicing; a balance cannot be paid by BNPL or cash on delivery. |
| Stock | Optionally hold stock while the link is open. Off by default. |
| Paid another way | Mark a draft paid in cash, by bank transfer or card, or place it as cash on delivery. |
| Who can send | Staff roles decide who creates, sends and marks drafts paid, and cap the discount each role can give. |
