Google Analytics 4

Google's analytics platform with a dedicated ecommerce event model.

What it does here

Google Analytics 4 inside Quick Commerce

Fires the full ecommerce event set — view_item, add_to_cart, begin_checkout, purchase — against your own measurement ID, only after the visitor accepts the consent banner.

Data flow

What data moves, and where

  1. 1A shopper accepts the consent banner, which switches on the GA4 tag for that session.
  2. 2Storefront events fire against your shop’s own measurement ID as the shopper browses and buys.
  3. 3Purchase events carry order value, items and currency for revenue reporting in GA4.
