Store pickup with stock per location
Store pickup lets a shopper order online and collect from one of your stores, with stock counted per location. The customer picks the store and a pickup time at checkout, and staff mark the order collected. Starter, Growth and Scale include 1, 1 and 3 locations, and extra locations can be added on Scale.

Add your pickup stores
Each location gets its own address, hours and stock.

Shopper picks a store
At checkout the customer chooses which store to collect from.

And a pickup time
The customer books a pickup window the same way they would a delivery slot.

Order is picked at that store
The order comes out of that location’s stock and joins its picking queue.

Mark as collected
Staff mark the order collected when the customer arrives, closing the order.
