Storefront

Built-in SEO for server-rendered storefront pages

SEO ships in the renderer, not as a plugin: per-product and per-category meta templates, Open Graph and Twitter cards with auto-generated images, canonical URLs and hreflang, chunked XML sitemaps, automatic 301s on a slug change, the full schema.org set, and correct 404, 410 and OutOfStock status codes.

How it works

How it works

  1. 1

    Set meta templates

Use tokens like {product_name} so titles and descriptions generate at scale.

  2. 2

    Ship structured data automatically

Product, BreadcrumbList, Organization and FAQPage schema generate from the same data as the page.

  3. 3

    Keep sitemaps current

Chunked XML sitemaps regenerate as the catalogue changes.

  4. 4

    Redirect automatically on change

A slug change creates a 301 to the new URL without a manual redirect map entry.

  5. 5

    Return the right status code

Unknown pages return 404, discontinued products 410, sold-out products 200 with OutOfStock.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is this an SEO plugin or part of the renderer?
Part of the renderer. Every storefront page is server-rendered HTML with real content and real links a crawler can read, not a client-only page with SEO bolted on afterwards.
What happens to old links when a product’s URL slug changes?
A 301 redirect to the new URL is created automatically, so links shared or indexed before the change do not break.
Does an out-of-stock product return a broken page?
No, it returns a normal 200 status with OutOfStock availability in the structured data, so search engines keep indexing the page rather than treating it as an error.
